  • Created new brand for 12News and streaming app 12+, with collaborative input and buy-in from station employees, journalists, clients, and community partners. Rebrand led to significant ratings growth in YTY performance, and a significantly more defined focus for content execution on all platforms. Station ComScore ratings in key dayparts rose between 10 and 21% (+15.1% aggregate performance).
    • Completely rebuilt marketing team, mentoring and growing writer/producer/editors and Marketing Manager in all aspects of brand education, creative execution, and strategic thinking.
    • Repaired internal culture and relationships with news, digital and sales, resulting in the creation of a unified brand identity and streamlined workflows to enhance productivity and audience engagement.
    • Developed strategy and oversaw creative execution and multi-platform media placement of marketing for 12+ streaming platform, including linear, digital, outside and in-app messaging, resulting in over 300% growth from inception of campaign.
